Exercise Therapy

Exercise Therapy

After a detailed and comprehensive evaluation, we guide our patients to perform strengthening, stretching and balance exercises to restore cognition and function. Periodic professional supervision of exercise plans proves helpful to maintain correct technique and monitor progress. This enables patients to recognize their own symptoms and perform exercises independently, thus empowering them to manage their health long term.

Manual Therapy

This refers to a broad range of hands one-on-one physical therapy techniques. It includes, but is not limited to massage, passive range of motion, spinal mobilization, and much more. We include manual therapy in most treatment plans as research has shown that manual therapy accelerates the benefits and improves the outcomes. We design a comprehensive rehab program to achieve best results!

Manual Therapy
Renuvadisc Pro Spinal Decompression

Spinal Decompression

Spinal Decompression refers to the technique wherein the spine is stretched with external force. It rehydrates spinal disc and reduces disc bulging and herniation. As the pressure on the spine is relieved, the displaced structures can move towards their normal position. The results of spinal decompression can be seen in various imaging studies such as MRI including normal disc heights, reduce disc prolaspe and other mechanical changes associated with improved spinal structure. At Best Physical Therapy, we utilize scientifically validated mechanical spinal decompression equipment such as DRX 9000 and the Renuvadisc Pro.

Deep Tissue Laser Therapy

It is a non surgical, drug free treatment which eliminates or significantly reduces pain and enhances healing process up to 3X. The treatment lasts 5-10 brief sessions and delivers life changing results. Deep tissue Laser Therapy draws circulation by flooding tissues with photons and energizing the damaged cells and increases circulation to painful areas. This produces a cascade of healing response in the body; thereby reducing inflammation and dramatically reducing or even eliminating pain associated with certain conditions including spinal pain, low back strain, carpel tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, TMJ, arthritis, post surgical recovery, cervicogenic headaches, sprain and strain of muscles, tendons and ligaments, facitis, tendonitis, tendenosis.

Deep Tissue Laser Therapy
Dry Needling

Dry Needle

It is a technique used for the treatment of various clinical conditions including headache, migraine, fibromyalgia, back pain, myo fascial pain. During this treatment, the physical therapist inserts needle into or over trigger points in the affected tissues.

Trigger points are the areas in the tissues causing muscle tightness, pain and imbalance. With dry needle, the trigger points are effectively treated which allows for faster healing and improvement in function.
